Some disco
effects are audio active and some are controlled by
DMX simply linking these lights together by a DMX
cable to make
them do the same movments. This is use full if you are
putting on stage shows
and would like the look to be the same on all the lights.
The larger effects that fill
the whole room generally don't have this feature as it
is not required. Disco
effects work better with the use of smoke or haze the
difference between them
is that the smoke machine has one big puff of smoke that
is normally controlled
by a button or a timer. The Hazer or diffusion fogger
will let out a haze in the air
and it in generally left on so that effect lasts all night.
They both are great to give
you the true feeling of the disco effects beams color
and movement.
